Payment Terms, Pricing and Return Policies

A minimum order of $40.00 is required.

Prices

All prices are FOB Warehouse and are current at the time of printing. However due to cost fluctuations, prices may be adjusted occasionally without notice.

Payment Terms are net 30 days for school districts and other institutions of approved rating.

Damaged Merchandise

Although every possible precaution is taken, damage to merchandise may occur during shipment and should be reported to Chem Scientific Customer Service immediately. All damage, visible or concealed, must be reported at once to the delivery carrier. Failure to comply with established procedures may cause your claim to be disallowed.

Returns

Hazardous chemicals are not returnable.

To insure accurate and prompt handling, please contact us before returning merchandise for repair, replacement or credit. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of date on invoice, and only on stock merchandise in original condition. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed on returned goods when order has been correctly filled.
